Menorah Lighting: Day Four



Today I think about all the joyous ways we come together during holidays to be with families and friends.  Although there are serious roots to our faithful gatherings, God gives us moments for holy play... time to eat special foods, drink special drinks, play happy games, and share happiness.  Enjoy your time with friends and loved ones!

On the fourth day of Hanukkah, the following blessings are recited:

Blessed are You, Lord our G-d, King of the Universe,
Who sanctified us by His commandments,
and has commanded us to kindle the lights of Hanukkah.

Blessed are You, Lord our G-d, King of the Universe,
Who wrought miracles for our fathers in days of old, at this season.

    Love it! This movie is absolutely gorgeous & I especially like the star sequence and the dancers. Wow, you've put so much work into this magic. Lovely!
